scooter doo!

news on the scooter front! they're done and being shipped here. i share with you a pic of the exact scooter i am getting in exchange for my logo design.



if you look closely, you can see my logo in all its glory right below the headlight on the chrome in the front. you can go to my flickr page to see a bigger picture. i'm excited.

i'm in the midst of designing scooter dell'annata's other things ie. business cards, letterhead, print ads, website, etc. here are the cards. i think they have a nice little vibe going.

so i'm in charge of coming up with a character for utah's wellness fair. it's on halloween, so it's always done in that theme. this year's slogan is "don't trick yourself, treat yourself." i first came up with the skeleton (frank) on the left, but then decided on the kid (skyler) dressed as a skeleton. he's chubby so he's funny. word.



frank only has femurs because i never expected him to have a full body shot in any of the print work he'd be on.

yeah i named them both. wanna fight about it?

so there is a great foundation, called mondonation. just awesome all around. here is a video made by them that i found incredibly thoughtful and touching.



now, britney spears has decided to rip off their logo for her new fragrance. if you're going to rip off a non-profit organization's logo, at least change the colors a little. terrible.
